Healing the Unseen: Nicole Mixdorf on Akashic Records, Grief & Ancestral Wounds (Episode 73)
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Nicole Mixdorf spent 15 years chasing a chronic illness through 60+ healing modalities before she found the piece no doctor could give her: the grief she never let herself feel. In this episode, the transformational healer and Akashic Records practitioner shares how losing her dad just months after her premature son's birth became the doorway to her own healing. Nicole discusses how her father's love helped guide her through challenging motherhood moments after his passing. Additionally, Nicole digs into her five layers of healing (physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual), what actually happens in an Akashic Records session, and how ancestral wounds can travel through a family line. She closes the conversation with a live group healing session for anyone listening who is open to receive it.
Takeaways:
- Grief we don't process doesn't disappear. Nicole believes it can settle into the body and show up as physical illness years later.
- The Akashic Records aren't about predicting the future; Nicole uses them to trace a symptom or pattern back to its emotional or ancestral root.
- Healing isn't one-size-fits-all. Nicole's "five layers" (physical, mental, emotional, energetic, spiritual) offer a way to ask where an issue is actually stuck.

[22:10:29] Lisa: Welcome back to another episode of Giving Grief Grace. I am thinking of you all, and I hope that you are enjoying the day. Ahead? Or… Or thinking about what fall fun beverages you're going to have. Are you going to cozy up? And you know, when you just start nesting, when the season changes and you're drinking. Some people love, you know, the spiced pumpkin drinks. And I just love hot mulled cider and having mulling spices in the house. It's just so fun and fall colors and leaves. They're such a joy. And so I'm thinking of you, and as you are on your grief journey, is there something today that you could do, say, think, or eat that would bring you a little dose of joy? So, today's guest is such a gift to this world. Her name is Nicole Mixdorf. She is a transformational healer, intuitive guide, certified Akashic Healer, keynote speaker, and host of the Healed. with Nicole Mixdorf podcast. Through her work in Akashic Records, Nicole helps people uncover and heal the deeper roots of what they're carrying, release patterns and wounds from this life and beyond. And reconnect with the wisdom of their soul. Her own experiences with loss, ancestral healing, and connection with loved ones in spirit have deeply shaped her understanding of healing and the enduring nature of love. And one thing that I absolutely love about Nicole is she's like a breath of fresh air. She allows you to think outside the box. Sometimes when if we practice, you know. Western medicine and when we have exhausted all other options that we have, it's really great to think about alternative healing and everyone has a different appetite for that and. Nicole will speak to us today about Akashic healing, and I ask that you come with an open mind. It's such a fascinating conversation, and I'm excited to dive into that with her. And it is a bit non-traditional. And so buckle up. One thing that I really would love your help and support with today is two of our previous hosts or interviewees. uh, are going through a really challenging time. Um, we have Amy Johnston. Mom of 3, pancreatic cancer survivor, pancreatic cancer came back. I did an episode with her, episode 36, and it's all about the pancreatic cancer journey. And she just recently entered home hospice. And so I ask that you please pray for her and her family, her three kids and her husband. husband, as she navigates what this means for her, and what's… what next step this is. Um, and then I'm also, uh, praying for Melanie Ezell. She's been on the show twice. I first connected with her episode 24. She's a mom with stage 4 ovarian cancer who lived in Hawaii and was healing herself, um, through… through joy. And, um… and really talked about the freedom of letting go when you face death head-on and let go. She's like, let go, let go. Um, and then I recently interviewed her for episode 43. Um, Melanie wrote a book called Inherited, and it's all about how, um. how we inherit things from our ancestors and from our family, and we can take what we want, and then we can change the future. And so Melanie has moved back to the mainland U.S. to seek further treatment for her ovarian cancer in hopes that she can spend more time with her young son. So please pray for both of them. Having Nicole on the show, she was such a light and she gave both Amy and Melanie a prayer. And I think this prayer is so beautiful and I wanted to share it with you.
[22:19:28] Lisa: So I'm so grateful to share this beautiful prayer that Nicole wrote. And I wanted you to be able to share this with a loved one who may need to hear it today. And I will be thinking of Amy and Melanie as I read this prayer too. to you, and also please lift them up in your thoughts. Um, but again, feel free to share this prayer with anyone who needs to hear it. Dear God, we thank you for the blessings in our lives. Today, we ask for a healing miracle. for our loved one. Please bless her with divine healing and restoration. We ask that you transmute any unprocessed experiences she may be holding within into pure, unconditional love. Surround her with positive vibrations that elevate her, people, beauty, music, experiences that bring her joy. Bring your angels in close to wrap their wings around her so that she may feel their divine support. Love and healing. We ask that you strengthen her faith and bless her with certainty that she will overcome this experience. Please reveal all of the messages that she is meant to receive and integrate from this teacher. so that she may fulfill the purpose of this cancer and allow it to dissolve. Show her the gift within this experience so she can evolve through it. We ask that you illuminate her entire body with divine healing light, strengthening every body system and organ in her body. Please bring all the soul aligned healers, doctors. practitioners into her life to guide her path forward. Allow her to connect more deeply with the wisdom within her and strengthen her connection to her own intuition and inner knowing. We call upon Archangel Raphael to heal her body, shrinking all tumors and restoring her entire body system back into complete harmony, health, and strength. Please allow her to send herself the frequencies of unconditional love, so that every cell in her body may heal and return to its original soul blueprint. Bless her with life. Bless her with love. Bless her with happiness. Bless her with connection. Bless her with health. May good news flow to her easily. May miracles flow to her easily. May all good things flow to her easily. And so it is. Amen. Repeat this as many times to your loved one. Continue to recite the words or replay these words so that it may fulfill you and fill you with light and love. Thank you so much, Nicole Mixdorf. for sharing this prayer, and it's just a little taste of what's to come in our interview. So without further ado, please welcome to the show Nicole Mixdorf.
[16:54:04] Lisa: All right, let's do this. Welcome back to another episode of Giving Grief Grace. I am so delighted to have Nicole Mixdorf here with us. Nicole, you are just such an incredible person, and. You fill me with such joy and light and you radiate just this peaceful energy. light that it's hard to put a finger on, and so thank you so much for joining us today. Uh, welcome to the show!
[16:54:41] Nicole: Thank you so much for having me. I'm so grateful to be here and connecting with you and all these beautiful people that are here today.
[16:54:49] Lisa: And, Nicole, you are a healer in many different ways, uh, and have really a unique story, and I would love for you to share a little bit about yourself, and kind of your own journey with grief and healing, and… You know, it's all connected, uh, and, and you have an even, even deeper connection, uh, with spirit and, and. the… the greater universe, and so I'm… I'm excited to unpack that with you today, but maybe you could share for our listeners who don't know you a little bit about yourself.
[16:55:25] Nicole: Oh, thank you so much. Well, yeah, for anyone who doesn't know me, again, I'm Nicole Mixdorf, and I am a transformational healer, an intuitive guide. I do energy healing in the Akashic Records, and I'll talk a little bit about the Akashic Records in a little bit, and what that is. And really, I kind of came into the healing work because I was suffering from chronic illness that had honestly plagued me on and off for almost 15 years. And that was a big, big part of my journey. It was when medicine stopped working, and doctors didn't have answers, and I needed to take my health into my own hands. And I kind of knew that my answers were out there, I just didn't know where to find them, and so I embarked on this amazing journey that took me to working with over 60 different healing modalities. And yeah, I've tried so many things and I had so many beautiful healing miracles along the way. Literally was spontaneous overnight healing, which was incredible. And yet that health condition would recur again and again. And I just never understood why, like what is this? pattern. And yeah, when I finally started studying the Akashic records and got trained and attuned into that, I got my answers of where that originated from. And it was the deepest layer of all the healing that I needed. Because I'd already done everything else, and it was sort of like that final puzzle piece that just clicked in place, and thank goodness I have been healthy ever since, which is such a miracle that I never take for granted any… ever, any day. I'm just so grateful for my body and my health, but… You know, part of that journey was my grief journey. You know, my dad got sick with cancer and it was really while I was working in the corporate world and he got sick and he had a lot of medical malpractice and almost died multiple times. on that journey, and it was, like, in one of those moments where he almost died, that was the moment that the illness activated for me, and it started, was, like, when… when I thought I was losing him, which was really interesting, because that was a big piece of.
[16:57:33] Lisa: Oh, wow.
[16:57:41] Nicole: one of the deep layers that I actually needed to dive into and heal and clear. Um, but, you know, I… he battled for 7 years, so I was a caregiver for a really long time. You know, juggling working and all of that and then trying to have babies and having several miscarriages. So I lost three babies and then I got pregnant with my son and literally like had a great pregnancy up until the end. And then I had some complications, got preeclampsia, he stopped growing. Had to have an emergency C-section to save his life and he was a little itty bitty 3.5 pound preemie and 1 week into his 3 week NICU stay at the hospital is when I found out that my dad only had 3 months left to live. So, you know, I know, like, you can relate to that, Lisa, because you kind of went through something similar when, you know, you lost your mom right after bringing your baby into the world, too, and it was such an interesting… but deeply spiritual experience to welcome life into the world at the same time that I was saying goodbye to life, and just seeing the entire cycle of life was so interesting, and in some ways, I think.
[16:58:51] Lisa: Mm, mm-hmm.
[16:58:58] Nicole: Losing my dad took some of the sparkle away from having my baby, but then having my baby took some of the pain away from losing my dad, so there was kind of like this interesting balance there, but yeah, I went through. a big, long period where I had a lot of loss all in a row. It was, like, lost my dad, lost my grandpa, lost my grandma, lost my cousin, lost 3 babies in a pretty small window. So, yeah, grief has been a big part of my journey and healing from grief.
[16:59:17] Lisa: Mmhm. Oh, God.
[16:59:32] Nicole: is definitely… was a big piece of what I needed to do to heal my physical body and actually heal from the illness.
[16:59:37] Lisa: Mmm. Yeah. And how do you even. start to unpack healing from grief when it's compounded, right? I mean, you've… it's not like you lost one person, you lost multiple people, and I think also, you know, coming from a perspective of an expectant mom. Losing a being who is surviving inside you is also just a completely different grief experience. I've only had one miscarriage, but it's just…
[17:00:02] Nicole: Mmhm. Oh, totally. Mmhm.
[17:00:17] Lisa: Oh, my heart goes out to you.
[17:00:19] Nicole: Yeah. Yeah.
[17:00:20] Lisa: Uh, in, in that. Experience. And how did you? How did you find your way to healing or helping your body as you were, you know, physically ill, as you were processing that grief?
[17:00:33] Nicole: Yeah. Okay. You know, it was interesting. I think at the time I was the one that was holding it together for everybody else. So I was kind of the rock for my whole family. And I think that's a role that I've just been in for a very long time.
[17:00:42] Lisa: Mm, mm-hmm.
[17:00:51] Nicole: So yes, I cried, but at the same token, I was just like, okay, what's got to get done? I'm going to do this and da da da da da. And like, I'm the one that's just taking care of things and just keep on going, keep moving forward, keep, keep going, keep going. And it was when it was years later. When I was trying to heal my body that I was working with a Reiki practitioner actually, which is a form of energy healing. And I did these amazing sessions with her where we did a distant healing. I was not in person, we weren't even on a Zoom, it was just, she said, we're gonna do this at 8pm, I'm gonna start, she sent me this music to listen to, and I just literally laid on my bed in the dark, with the door closed, private, in my room, and I felt the moment that the session began, because this. feeling, I'll never forget it, this, like, overwhelming feeling of loss from my dad all of a sudden came over me. Like, I wasn't thinking about him, he wasn't on my mind at that moment, and, like, as soon as she started the session, it just…
[17:01:49] Lisa: I'm good.
[17:01:59] Nicole: overcame me. And rather than running from it or pushing it away, I gave myself full permission to completely surrender to it. And so I just bawled my eyes out just. sobbing, sobbing in a way that I hadn't let it out before, and it was so interesting because that healing session was, like, maybe half hour, but the woman that I was doing it with also happens to be a psychic medium. and she, like, gets all these intuitive downloads and things during the session, so she sends me this, like, audio afterwards of these messages. So she wasn't there with me in person, obviously, but what was so interesting is after the fact, and I'm listening to her message, she just kept telling me.
[17:02:40] Lisa: Yep.
[17:02:46] Nicole: oh my gosh, you had all this grief. I just kept pulling out this grief and this sadness, and I just kept pulling it out and pulling it out and pulling it out of you. And that was exactly the experience I was having, right, at the time, even though we were not in the same room, you know, I was literally just grieving.
[17:02:50] Lisa: Oh, my God.
[17:03:05] Nicole: all of this. So I did multiple sessions with her, and she literally pulled all this grief from losing my dad out of my body, and… I, it, it, like the symptoms started to go away, you know, at that, at that time. It didn't resolve the pattern. The pattern of it coming back again and again continued. But at that time, that particular flare up, like it went away without me needing medication to. stop, you know, the ulcerative colitis, this like bleeding that I was dealing with at the time. So that was just amazing to me. Like, wow, I didn't even know that I was holding that inside of me. And that's like one thing that I've realized about grief. And, and other, you know, emotional experiences that we go through that are traumatic, we don't, we're not even aware of how much we're carrying. We don't even realize how much is unprocessed sitting inside of us until.
[17:03:59] Lisa: Mmm.
[17:04:04] Nicole: In my case, I'm trying to heal from something physically, and not even recognizing that one of the layers was an emotional layer attached into that wound.
[17:04:16] Lisa: Yeah, and you… you do talk about the different layers of healing, and I'm… I'm curious if you could kind of unpack that with us, um…
[17:04:25] Nicole: Yeah, yeah. So what I've really come to learn on this journey of healing myself, and I will say that I did succeed in healing my body and doing what doctor said was completely impossible. And what I learned on that path is. One. there are so many different ways to heal the body. There's no one right way to do it, and there's so many different modalities and so many amazing healing practitioners out there. You just have to stay open and willing to try something new until you. find the thing that just resonates with you, that works for you. And what might work for me was not necessarily what worked for you, and what works for you may not work for me, but the answers are there, like, you will find them. And so, on this journey of. exploring so many healing modalities, which I recognize my immense privilege because I do and I did and still do have so much privilege in that one, I have the resources to be able to try different things.
[17:05:16] Lisa: Yeah, I'm 50.
[17:05:28] Nicole: Right? Two, I have the network of healers I can even talk to. I mean, most people don't know most of these modalities even exist in the first place. I had the financial resources to pay for it, because none of it's covered by insurance, you know? So, I spent a small fortune, but.
[17:05:43] Lisa: There you go.
[17:05:46] Nicole: I hope that people recognize that there's just a point on your journey where. You'll just do anything to get better. And that's where I was at at that time. And I hope that you don't ever have to be at that moment where you're just so sick, you'll do anything to feel better. But I was. And so on that path, I discovered that there's five layers to healing. And the first outermost layer is the physical layer. And the physical layer is where we focus most of our attention, right? There's something physically going on in the body, and what do I need to do to adjust this? We tend to first go to our diet. Okay, what am I eating? Are there certain foods that I should cut out?
[17:06:13] Lisa: Hmm.
[17:06:28] Nicole: Maybe I need to detox. You know, what can… are there supplements, medication I can take? Is there surgeries that can be done? Um, movement, fitness, sleep, like, any physical things that you can do, and that's where Western medicine lives. But… that might work, but if it doesn't, you need to go a little deeper than that. And so the second layer is that mental layer, which is really looking at.
[17:06:50] Lisa: Mmm.
[17:06:52] Nicole: what are the belief systems that you're holding? What are the stories that you're telling yourself? What is your mindset? Because if the story that I was telling myself for so long was, I'm sick. And I don't feel good. Well, guess what? That was… that was the story I was living. And when I decided I'm done with that story, and my story shifted to become, thank you for this beautiful body, like, I feel healthy and strong today, all of a sudden, when I started being in that vibration.
[17:07:10] Lisa: Yep.
[17:07:23] Nicole: everything started to shift. I did start feeling a little bit better, but that's when the right healers and the right people started showing up on my path. It was like when I made that internal shift in my own mindset.
[17:07:34] Lisa: to say.
[17:07:35] Nicole: Yeah, that, like, I don't like this story. I'm done with that. And then there's also, like, your nervous system. So, how are your stress levels? I definitely saw a correlation between having intense stress in my life and having flare-ups of.
[17:07:43] Lisa: Yep.
[17:07:52] Nicole: you know, illness or whatever. It's so connected. So sometimes when you work on that mental layer, you get physical relief, too. Um, but then there's a deeper layer, which is the third one. That's your emotional layer. And this is where grief often lives. Like.
[17:08:06] Lisa: Hmm…
[17:08:09] Nicole: what unprocessed emotional experiences are we still holding in the body? Because if we don't fully process.
[17:08:15] Lisa: Mmhm. Yep.
[17:08:18] Nicole: what we go through. it settles into our tissues, and it settles into, like, our energy centers in our body as well, and so it creates dis-ease in your body system, because it's… it's energy. It doesn't die, it doesn't go away, it's still sitting inside of you, kind of emitting a frequency. and your body will pick it up, so it's like you're getting, like, these little signs and symptoms, and we ignore them oftentimes, right? We're like, oh, it's just another headache, oh, it's just a this, when, like, you shouldn't be having that, right? So it's like, there's… your body's trying to speak to you, it's just that we're not really decoding that too well. So, there's a lot of different kinds of practices that you can do to release emotions. You know, I shared about… I did a lot of Reiki that pulled the emotions out of me. You could do something called emotion code, there's EFT tapping, which is emotional freedom.
[17:09:01] Lisa: Yeah, I'm.
[17:09:15] Nicole: technique, which is a beautiful practice that you can do too. There's a lot of different ways and somatic healing to move, you know, emotions out of the body. And sometimes, like I experienced for sure, when you release emotion, you can definitely have physical healing. Um, and then a deeper layer is the fourth layer, and that's your energetic layer. This is where more of, like, Chinese medicine lives, so acupuncture, acupressure, qigong, breathwork, um, and then, you know, like, Reiki healing. In yoga, it's the chakra system, so. we have these energy systems in the body. Are your energy channels open, or are they all clogged up with unprocessed, you know, traumas and experiences that are not allowing your life force energy to flow throughout your body? That's why if you have. pain, for example, you go to see the acupuncturist, they put a little needle in one spot, totally, seemingly unrelated, and now all of a sudden, like, your back pain is gone. And that's because they found that that channel, that energy channel, was stagnant, and it was blocked, and when they opened it up. that blockage that was causing pain or dis-ease kind of alleviates itself, which is really cool. So, okay, can we, like, clear out this energy that gets stuck in our energy body? And then that fifth layer, which is the deepest layer of all, and this is where. the Akashic work I do kind of lives, is that spiritual soul level, which answers the question. Why is this happening? What is the message that's in this for me? And where did this pattern begin? And yeah, and there's different types of healing modalities that you can use to get to the real root of where something started. And for me, I use the Akashic records, which are basically you could think of the Akashic records like. An energetic database, almost like cloud storage, of all of the memories of your soul, of every experience your soul has ever been through across every lifetime and through all of your family lineages.
[17:11:13] Lisa: That.
[17:11:23] Nicole: And you can literally ask any question you want to know, and there's a memory of all of that. And so, when you access your own Akashic Records, you're basically connecting into your highest self, into your soul, to access. all of the information, the wisdom, the knowing, the knowledge that lives inside of you. It's just that we're not actively remembering it with the limited use we have of our brains, right? But it's. It just gives you a new way. It's a modality that allows you to tap into that wisdom and receive those soul lessons and be able to integrate things and release energetic connections that might be holding patterns in place that are creating challenges for you in your life.
[17:12:08] Lisa: Mm, yeah, sometimes we feel like we can, we get stuck. And maybe we saw our parents get stuck in these certain behaviors, but maybe it's actually deeper than that. And there's a reason why this keeps on, you know, being passed down from generation to generation.
[17:12:32] Nicole: Absolutely, and what's so interesting about the generational healing is that if you notice within your own family that there's a pattern of things, that everybody deals with this thing, whether it's a health issue, oh my gosh, everybody, everybody has the thyroid thing, or a heart thing, or. Or it could be a pattern of addiction, or abuse, or behaviors, or all kinds of… I mean, it could be anything, really. The reason that all these different people in your family are dealing with the same issue is because there was an ancestor. That went back, and I can literally tell you how many generations back it goes, that went through a trauma that was so deep, it's the deepest level of trauma that there is, that it integrated into their DNA and got passed down through the lineage.
[17:13:17] Lisa: Mmm.
[17:13:23] Nicole: And within the Akashic records, I can ask, does this issue that you're dealing with, does it have a layer of ancestral wounding? Did you inherit something through your lineage? And it'll be like, yes, I did. Okay. Well, is it on your mother's side or your father's father's side? Got it. Okay.
[17:13:28] Lisa: Yep. In.
[17:13:40] Nicole: So how many generations back does it go? Five generations back. Okay, who was the ancestor that went through something? This was your father's father's mother's mother. And I'm like, father's father's mother's mother. This is your great-great-grandma. And so we'll say, okay, we'll open the family lineage records. We call in the highest self of great great grandma, call her forward, and then we'll channel through the records tapping into her memories. What is the trauma that happened to her that created this wound for the family? And the whole story will come through. And I can literally channel and tell you everything that happened to her, and then what are all the unresolved energetic connections? There might be broken soul contracts, deals and agreements that were made in that life, she might have made a vow or a.
[17:14:25] Lisa: Hmm.
[17:14:26] Nicole: promise, or there's belief systems attached in from those experiences she went through, there might have been a karmic wound. There's a lot of things that there can be. But then I can ask how many souls are being impacted by that in the family? Oh, like 22. Got it. How is this affecting you? And how is it affecting your sibling or this other person? Because the wound affects people differently, and I can tell you all of it. And then when we heal it for the ancestor, when we clear all of that energy in the soul records, in the family records. It heals it for the entire lineage. And I have seen the craziest things happen after doing this type of deep generational healing work. I mean, I've seen symptoms disappear, ways of being completely changed. I mean, crazy things have happened, and it's, like, instantaneous. It's wild.
[17:15:21] Lisa: Do you have a… I don't know if you're able to share, but do you have an instant or a specific client that you were working with that this happened to? And… Because you had said before we recorded that you don't remember the actual records being open when you're after you've closed them, because it's almost like you're channeling this energy. Um, and in this wisdom from the Akashic records, and so. Maybe you don't remember this, but…
[17:15:54] Nicole: No, but I can share one from my own family. So I'll absolutely share that. And this was actually one of the very first healings I ever did after I went through my training. My uncle was actually dying. He had stage four cancer that had been in the thyroid originally, which we did not know.
[17:16:09] Lisa: Hmm.
[17:16:15] Nicole: But it had traveled to his lungs and he had had a cough for probably 6 months and just thought it was a cough and he was dealing with it in different ways and then he finally got this biopsy, got the diagnosis. and then I flew up to see him, like, after 3 weeks, he had this debilitating, painful cough, just this painful cough. He was coughing all day long, and it was really hard on him, and so I asked. What is the source of this illness that he's dealing with? And I was guided to an ancestral wound on that side of the family, on my dad's side of the family, that went back 7 generations, and I asked what was the wound, and it was actually a persecution wound.
[17:16:56] Lisa: Oh my god.
[17:17:01] Nicole: So it was my whatever, seven, great, great, great, great, great grandmother. And what happened to her? Well, she was being like, they were Jewish and they were being persecuted. They had to leave their homeland. They had to. they had to deny the truth of who they are. They had to pretend that they were a different religion. They had to deny their own… Yeah, their own truth. And when you have to do that and deny who you are, it creates dis-ease within the body system. And that deep trauma was passed down to 24 members of our family, including me, including my uncle, including myself. sun, which was really interesting. But the way that it showed up was so different for everybody. And what was fascinating was the moment we cleared this, and I'll never forget, it was a Sunday, and I had to fly home like right afterward. And so I did this clearing. And his cough? disappeared. Like, gone. This is a man who had stage 4 cancer in the lungs, coughing, coughing, coughing, painful cough, and no more cough. Like… just done afterwards. What was interesting is that the way my son was being impacted was totally different. it was… it was affecting him as fear. Deep, deep fear. And he couldn't go to sleep at night by himself. Like, that was, like, a big thing. Like, he always needed someone in the room to be with him when he was falling asleep. I want to say he was probably…
[17:18:21] Lisa: Hmm…
[17:18:33] Nicole: like maybe six or seven, six at the time, I want to say at this point. And yeah, and so anyway, he, it was always a thing, like you have to be in the room until he falls asleep. And, you know, as a parent, it's just, it's a lot, you're tired, all the things, right?
[17:18:46] Lisa: Like.
[17:18:49] Nicole: So, I fly home that night from seeing my uncle, and I go to put my son to bed, because I got home in time for bedtime, and I'm like, okay, buddy, time for bed, and he goes, okay, mommy, good night. And he just went to bed on his own. I was… Shocked! Like, just…
[17:19:07] Lisa: You're like, okay.
[17:19:08] Nicole: shocked, like, what? And he never had that issue ever again. It just disappeared for him completely, which was so incredible to me. I mean, I have seen. Crazy things with family wounds showing up. Yeah, really fascinating things. But that was just one example.
[17:19:26] Lisa: Yeah, I'm thinking about, you know, for a listener who has a family member that has a terminal illness, and I was there with my mom. At the end, I, you know, medicine or Western medicine is no longer working, and. And so, it can feel really hard and challenging to say, what options do I have? We worked with a naturopath, and we were doing mistletoe injections, and she was taking all these types of, you know, mushroom, like, concoctions, and.
[17:19:46] Nicole: Of course.
[17:20:00] Lisa: different… all lots of different types of mushrooms, and she's like, I'm done with mushrooms. Not the psychedelic kind, just, like, the healing kind, but… um… so…
[17:20:06] Nicole: The adaptogen, yeah.
[17:20:12] Lisa: To hear you say that you were able to work with your uncle, who had this terminal illness and this cough, like…
[17:20:21] Nicole: Yes. And it —.
[17:20:22] Lisa: It helped him in the here and now, right?
[17:20:24] Nicole: It helped him in the here and now. So this wasn't healing him. Okay, so the rest of the story, and this is amazing. When I saw him, I was like, he's he's got a few months left to go. That was that was what I believed. You know, I saw my dad die from cancer, and he was like skin and bones. I've seen several. I've held several people's hands when they've transitioned, and.
[17:20:42] Lisa: Hmm.
[17:20:46] Nicole: he was still eating, he was talking, he could walk, like, he was not… he did not seem like someone who was right on death's door, you know what I'm saying? I thought for sure he had a while left to go, and he had just got diagnosed. So, I do this clearing, healing for him, cough goes away. I called 2 days later, and my aunt picked up, and I asked her, you know, how is he doing? She's like, oh, the cough is totally gone, but he's in this constant state of panic. He's having this, like, anxiety. that's overwhelming for him, and I thought, oh, okay, well, let me… let me see if there's something I could do. So, I opened his Akashic Records, and I'm like, what is this anxiety connected to that he's having? Oh, it's connected to this anger that he had toward his mother for. like, abandoning him, or he had this, you know, anger with this other person, so we needed to clear… I'm like, okay, so let's clear that and let it go. I'm like… and then I started asking an interesting question. I said, what does he not need to take forward with him into the next lifetime? And it was like, oh, this issue, oh, the fear about this, oh, this belief system, oh, this experience, and so I just started clearing, clearing, and kept asking, okay, what else does he not need to take into the next lifetime, this, this, this, and so I'm clearing, clearing, clearing, and then I kept asking until. There was nothing left. And his Akashic records just felt… peaceful, like really, really peaceful. And so I. closed his records. I'm, like, thinking nothing of this. Not kidding. An hour and a half later, I get a text message from my cousin, his daughter, who tells me. His anxiety is gone. He's accepted death. And like two hours later, he went to sleep and he just let go and he was gone. And I freaked out.
[17:22:37] Lisa: Mmhm.
[17:22:38] Nicole: out, like, freaked out, and I was like, oh my god, what did I do? Like, I just wanted to help him release the anxiety, da-da-da-da, but what I learned in that experience was that.
[17:22:50] Lisa: Um, no.
[17:22:51] Nicole: So often, when someone is at the end of their journey, and they're holding on and holding on, it's because they have this unfinished stuff within themselves that's unresolved, that is weighing on them.
[17:23:01] Lisa: Hmm.
[17:23:06] Nicole: And so what I gave his soul was this gift. to just be at peace. And, like, he was able to just pass so quickly, so peacefully. The doctors could not literally believe how fast he passed. It was, like, 3 weeks. And I always thought everyone was going to be mad at me.
[17:23:27] Lisa: Mmm…
[17:23:27] Nicole: I was… I thought they were gonna be mad at me because this happened, like, so fast, but then they were all like, oh my god, this was like a gift. This was a gift.
[17:23:34] Lisa: Yeah, he didn't suffer.
[17:23:35] Nicole: that he didn't suffer, you know? And when my grandma passed away about two years ago, I did the similar thing with her. Like, she was on the other side of the planet, so I wasn't able to, like, go be with her in person. But I asked her on the phone, like, can I do some. healing work for you, and she gave me permission, so I cleared everything for that woman. I was clearing her karmas, I was releasing all of the emotional things, I was clearing all of her wounds, like, everything. And then literally, like, at the end of all of that experience. You know, I called in her highest self, and I gave her permission to go, and I said, I love you, and when you're ready, I give you permission, and there's, like, a mantra healing that we can do to help souls on their way, and you can call in, like, Archangel Asriel, who.
[17:24:13] Lisa: I don't know what…
[17:24:24] Nicole: guides like like spirits on their through their transition. And I said for when I said specifically for when she's ready. And I said this prayer to help her soul move into the light for when she's ready.
[17:24:40] Lisa: Mmm.
[17:24:40] Nicole: And as soon as the words came out of my mouth by my will, so it is. this cold shiver ran through my whole body, and I started shaking, shaking, and I did not know what was happening to me, and I was, like, kind of, like, scared at first, and it was just, like, this… I was shaking, shaking, this cold, and I was like, what is… and I'm thinking, like, what's happening? And I just started.
[17:24:54] Lisa: Oh, gosh.
[17:25:05] Nicole: bawling my eyes out. It's like, my body knew before my brain did that she died in that exact same second. And I wasn't with her. So, you know, once I… calmed myself down, I called and I asked, like, did she just pass? Yes. It was, like, the exact moment.
[17:25:23] Lisa: Oh…
[17:25:25] Nicole: And that was the most incredible, beautiful. spiritual experience, one of them, that I've ever had.
[17:25:34] Lisa: Yeah. Okay.
[17:25:34] Nicole: you know, was being able to, like, usher her into this next transition of her soul's journey. Um, it was so intimate and beautiful. And so I have this very different perspective now, like, working at the soul level about. life and about death, and that death is not something to be afraid of. It's the most natural thing that there is. It's like waking up from a dream. It's going home. Going back to where we came from. And just because, you know, someone is gone and we don't see them physically, their spirit is still with us. And the spirit is the part of their soul that represented that lifetime.
[17:26:18] Lisa: Mm, mm-hmm.
[17:26:18] Nicole: Their physical form, their personality, their memories of that lifetime is their spirit, which is that piece of the soul. So the soul moves on on a soul journey, but the spirit, which represented who they were, the spirit remains present.
[17:26:27] Lisa: I don't know.
[17:26:33] Nicole: And we can connect into the spirit, you know, but you don't connect into the spirit with your physical senses. You connect to the spirit with your psychic senses. And some people have them more developed than others, but anybody can develop them. And so you have to. feel them, rather than seeing them. And one of the beautiful ways that I've been able to connect in with the spirits of my loved ones, long before I started doing this healing work I'm doing now, so this is way before that. was like, I like to hold them in my heart. So when I want to connect with my dad, for example, I will think of him. And I'll look at a picture, and I'll hold him in my heart, and I'll think of how much I love him. And I'll connect deeply into my love for him, and then I call him in. I'm like, Daddy, Daddy, Daddy, please give me a sign, come be with me, give me a sign, show me you're with me, Dad, please show me you're with me. And there was a story, um… this was the first time I connected to my dad's spirit. I'll never forget, like, a girlfriend of mine, she had lost her dad years before, and when her daughter was born, she had an emergency C-section, and I remembered her telling the story that she prayed to her dad to give her a sign, like, while she was there, and it came through so loud and clear.
[17:27:50] Lisa: Uh-oh. Yeah, ma'am.
[17:27:52] Nicole: And that was like on my mind. So when my dad died. I remember my baby was tiny, he was only, like, 3 months old, and the night before my dad's funeral, I prayed and I prayed to my dad. I just kept calling him in, Daddy, Daddy, give me a sign, show me you're with me, show me you're with me, show me you're with me. And so, the next morning, we were getting ready to go to the funeral, and I have my little baby, and I needed to nurse him, I needed to feed him. But because he was a preemie, he wasn't able to nurse right away. He really struggled with that, because he had to be bottle-fed in the NICU.
[17:28:23] Lisa: Hmm.
[17:28:27] Nicole: And so then he struggled, like, trying to learn how to latch, and so I finally was able to kind of nurse him by using this thing called, like, a shield. It was like a plastic, like, shield I had to put on, and he was able to, like, latch onto that. But before my dad died, he kind of joked, and he would call it… he would say, oh, that's Andy's.
[17:28:34] Lisa: If she wants. Yeah, tried it. Mm-hmm.
[17:28:47] Nicole: straw, like, anytime. And he would say, oh, when are you gonna eat, like, a big boy without your straw? Like, it was just a joke, you know? And so, I have to… now I'm getting ready to leave for the funeral, gotta feed the baby. And so, I looked down at this little baby in my arms, and I said to him.
[17:28:48] Lisa: Oh…
[17:29:02] Nicole: You know what, buddy? how about you try eating without your straw? It would make Grandpa so proud. And so I'm trying to, like, get him to latch, and he, like, he just can't do it, and he just can't do it, and I just… you know, and then all of a sudden, he just did it, and he… he just…
[17:29:07] Lisa: Hmm…
[17:29:20] Nicole: latched right on, and he started nursing, and I felt my dad's presence in the room so powerfully, and I just started sobbing. I mean, just… tears pouring out of my eyes, this feeling of unconditional love just, like, washed over me as my baby is, like, nursing, and then he finished on that side, and for anyone who's not familiar with nursing, you always have to do both sides, so I have to switch. And I thought, gosh, there's no way this baby's gonna figure it out two times in a row. And so he's trying to latch on, and he's fumbling, and he's fumbling, and then I literally scream the words out, Daddy, help him! And the words… the second the word left my mouth. he just latched right on, and he just did it, and he never looked back, and, like, I knew that was my dad. I knew it, and, like, I always felt his presence in the room, in the nursery, so every time I would sit on the chair. And I would nurse the baby. Like, I literally felt my dad there with me every day.
[17:30:20] Lisa: Oh… What a gift.
[17:30:24] Nicole: Everybody's lives.
[17:30:24] Lisa: And to be able to have him. And I love how you delineated a spirit versus soul. I'd never known that there was a difference there. And so spirit is our loved one in in the form that we know them.
[17:30:32] Nicole: Hmm.
[17:30:40] Lisa: And then soul is the larger being that transcends generations.
[17:30:47] Nicole: That's right, and carries on, on its spirit, on its soul path, exactly.
[17:30:51] Lisa: Oh, yeah! And how wonderful that you were able to channel your dad. And I feel that too with my mom.
[17:31:01] Nicole: Hmm… Okay.
[17:31:03] Lisa: And I've gone to two psychic mediums after her passing, and they have said, oh yeah, she's there with you in the playroom. She's playing with the kids.
[17:31:11] Nicole: Oh, yeah. It's so beautiful. And it's like, can you just take a moment when you're playing with your kids to…
[17:31:15] Lisa: You know? And you can…
[17:31:22] Nicole: just call her in intentionally, even. Like, Mom, come be with me as we, like, have this fun, as we're gonna do this joyful thing, and I guide people to do that, you know, as they're on their own grief path. It's like. What are the things that your loved one love to do? Can you invite them in when you do that thing? And imagine that they're there. Imagine they're there because they are. I genuinely believe that any time you think of them, they are always there.
[17:31:44] Lisa: They do it with you.
[17:31:53] Nicole: And when we're connecting to them and we're feeling that overwhelm of sadness, it's because we are literally integrating with their soul in that moment. We are feeling their soul, which is why the grief comes up, because grief is just.
[17:32:02] Lisa: Hmm.
[17:32:08] Nicole: covering up the love. And grief is just disconnection from love. That's, that's all it is, disconnection from love. So it's, it's the loss of love, or the perceived loss of love, is what…
[17:32:12] Lisa: Yeah, it's the other side. Love. Um…
[17:32:23] Nicole: grief really is. But so, we need to honor it, we need to give ourselves space to fully feel it, so whenever you have an emotional reaction, you're crying, or you're sad, or you're angry, like, anything.
[17:32:27] Lisa: Thank you.
[17:32:37] Nicole: Give yourself permission to have the full experience because emotions are just energy in motion. They're supposed to flow through you and out of you. It's an experience that you have that you're supposed to feel for a few moments and it goes.
[17:32:50] Lisa: Huh?
[17:32:53] Nicole: The problem is, when we don't give ourself the full permission to be in it, and to let it overcome us and overwhelm us, it's too much, or we shove it down, and then that's where it gets stuck in the body. We didn't let it out. Right? And so it stays trapped within us. And so let yourself feel whenever something comes up. Feel it fully. Feel it fully, and then the moment you're done, the moment the tears are over, the moment, the moment, the moment it's passed. Then you have to physically move it out of the body. And this is one way that you can do it. I like to physically shake. So after I cry, or if you get in an argument, or you just took in heavy news, like anything like that, the way to get it out of you. is I like to just shake. Like, I literally get up and I shake my arms, I shake my legs, I shake my torso, and I imagine I can, like, dust it off of me and just let it go, like, dust it off, and then I always end with a clearing breath, where I breathe in deeply through my nose. And exhale forcefully out of my mouth. And that clearing breath, woo, it just elevates you back up. So you literally go through the full cycle of like, you're feeling the sadness, you're crying, you're upset, because after you cry, how do you feel? You feel kind of low and tired and exhausted.
[17:34:12] Lisa: Mmm.
[17:34:21] Nicole: But if you shake the energy off and you like clear it out, it elevates your energy back up and then you connect back into the love that was underneath the sadness and the grief. Remind yourself of how much you love them.
[17:34:29] Lisa: Mmm. Ah.
[17:34:39] Nicole: Imagine seeing them in front of you, and imagine there's, like, a light cord between their heart and yours, and imagine that they're there, and they're just sending you all their love. And you're receiving their love, and then imagine sending them all of your love, and just creating this energetic connection of love. And it will just… it will lift you up, it will heal you. So, it's okay to be sad, and it's okay to cry, and it's okay to have grief. But after those moments, always bring yourself back to the love that's underneath it, because that is what will alchemize the sadness and the grief.
[17:35:18] Lisa: And love is what sustains us. It's a never-ending love.
[17:35:21] Nicole: It's who we are.
[17:35:24] Lisa: And that's what.
[17:35:24] Nicole: Yeah. Yeah. Because here's the thing. We didn't love their body. We love their soul. We love their spirit. And their spirit is still with us. So the love is still there. The love hasn't gone anywhere.
[17:35:29] Lisa: Mmm… Mmm.
[17:35:39] Nicole: So you can still connect in with the love because it's still there.
[17:35:44] Lisa: Yeah. Oh. I love this, Nicole. I feel like I could chat with you forever and… and listen to the different modalities of healing, and if there are listeners… I know we have a little special session that we want to do with listeners, but before we dive into that, if they're… if they want to connect. with you and feel your healing light, how can they find you?
[17:36:10] Nicole: Well, the easiest way is on my website, which is nicolemixdorf.com. So it's N-I-C-O-L-E, and then Mixdorf is M-I-X-D-O-R-F. And you can find out about all of my healing programs on there.
[17:36:21] Lisa: Thank you.
[17:36:25] Nicole: Um, I also have a free Akashic grounding activation that you can do, so if you want to just experience a little bit of my magic and frequency, that's a free gift, and I'll give you the link that people can. go on to there. I also have my own podcast, which is called Healed with Nicole Mixdorf, and I share a lot of my miraculous healing stories on Healed, and I have so many really cool stories, so definitely you can check that out. check out the podcast, and certainly we can connect on Instagram as well, and my handle's just nicolemcsdorf.
[17:37:02] Lisa: Yeah, and I just think that it's so cool that you're on this journey, Nicole, and you've found so many different layers of healing and modalities of healing and. As you said, not everything works for everyone. And so being open and being willing to try and to explore. And I think that even when we first connected and you told me about Akashic Records, I said, tell me more. I want to hear all about this. If there's anything that can make us feel better today.
[17:37:37] Nicole: I love that.
[17:37:43] Lisa: Then it's worth it.
[17:37:45] Nicole: Right, right, absolutely. And for me it's always about the results in the end. Did something shift? Did something work? Was there a result in the end or was there not?
[17:37:46] Lisa: And…
[17:37:58] Nicole: Because it doesn't matter, anything else doesn't really matter. And so, if you have a result from something, what I will say to people is that if you work with a modality, or you work with a healer, and you have a positive result from it. keep going, because that means that you are aligned with it, and there might be deeper layers that you can continue to get through. But if you try something, and you don't get a result from it, don't keep doing it, thinking, like, oh, well, maybe I just need, like, 5 or 6 sessions, I need to keep going. No. Don't waste your time, because. you know, there are certain soul-aligned healers and modalities that we are meant to work with, and there's some that we're not, like, aligned with, and that's okay, right? Like, I'm not aligned to be everybody's healer, but there are people that are predestined. That we all decided, before we came into this life, that I'm meant to be a healer for them in this lifetime. And those are the people that, you know, feel my vibration, they feel my energy. Even sometimes just talking to me opens something up. For people, just being in my frequency alone can be very healing for some.
[17:39:06] Lisa: Yeah, what a gift. Like. Mm, thank you so much for your time, and, um, did you want to close out with a little healing session for our listeners?
[17:39:18] Nicole: Yeah, so we can absolutely do that. So what I'm going to do right now is I have already opened the group records, the group Akashic records for everyone who's listening to this today. And what I'm able to do in a group. setting, it's a little different than what I would do one-on-one with someone. Because when I work with you one-on-one, I'm able to dive into your exact issues and situations and give you so much personal detail. But in a group setting, what comes more through for me is the group. themes, and kind of, like, general themes that everyone's dealing with. So, what I kind of thought we could do today, and if you wish to receive it, you have free will, so you can hold the intention… of yes within your heart, or if you do not wish to receive it, just hold the intention of no thank you within your heart. You are allowed to change your mind as many times as you wish. And what I'm gonna do is I'm just gonna channel in, I'm gonna call in the heart space. I'm gonna tap into the heart chakra of the group within the group records, and I'm gonna just feel into what I'm feeling in people's heart chakras. And I'm going to transmute some of the emotions that come through and maybe some of the belief systems that people might have that are attached into those emotional wounds and like any energy cords. So those are the three pieces that I'm going to work on. And then when I'm done with that, I can do a light activation of unconditional love into the heart space. So light language is also a gift that has awakened within me, and it's just a soul gift that my soul remembers. It's basically a multi-dimensional dialect. It sounds like a completely different language, but it to the body and to the soul. So it's not something to be understood intellectually. It's literally just something to be felt. And so what I will call in is just the frequency of unconditional love.
[17:41:16] Lisa: Hmm.
[17:41:20] Nicole: Just for healing in the heart space. So, that's what our little plan is of what we're gonna do, and if you want to receive, you're welcome to, and if you don't want to receive, that's okay too. So, how does that sound?
[17:41:34] Lisa: I love that, Nicole. Thank you so much.
[17:41:37] Nicole: Oh, you are so welcome. I love it. Okay, so let's just go ahead and do this. I'm just going to kind of drop in and reconnect. into the group energy here of everybody listening today. And I'm just going to ask to the keepers of the Akashic Records to please take me into the heart chakra within the group container of all of the beautiful souls that are listening today. Please drop me into the heart chakra and show me what is. sitting within the heart space. Okay, so immediately there's so much sadness.
[17:42:14] Lisa: Hmm…
[17:42:14] Nicole: There's so much grief that I can just feel in my heart. And despair. Like a lot of despair. I'm feeling this feeling of abandonment.
[17:42:27] Lisa: Mmm.
[17:42:28] Nicole: And I'm also feeling confusion and just… It's like an energy of feeling lost, like, not knowing what to do, not knowing the path forward, and it feels like a… like a stuck… Energy? Um… Almost just like, yeah, it's like I'm seeing this visual of, like, feet being just planted, almost like in the mud, like, stuck, like, not able to move forward, just…
[17:42:52] Lisa: Hmm…
[17:42:56] Nicole: not able to move. Um, to the keepers of the records, what other… and there's anger. There's anger. There's a lot of anger, actually, sitting in here. Um, and some resentment, and there's guilt. There's guilt. There's so much guilt, in fact. And shame. And blame. All of these emotions, they just feel, like, so heavy in the heart space, and I'm feeling into, like, a wound. a lot of, like, openings, a lot of wounds in the heart space, and I'm also feeling into this, like, feeling of armor. Around the heart. Where people have closed down. Out of self-protection and preservation? to not allow… And it repels love, it repels, so it's like they can't, they can't give and they can't receive, and in some ways it just makes them feel disconnected to their own emotional body and their own emotional system. Okay, to the keepers of the records, are there any, from all of those experiences, from those unresolved emotional experiences, are there any belief systems that are connected into that? I'm hearing, like, I will always be alone.
[17:44:25] Lisa: Hmm… hmm…
[17:44:28] Nicole: There's nothing left for me. I'm hearing, like, why me? It feels very much like a…
[17:44:37] Lisa: Hmm…
[17:44:38] Nicole: Yeah, like, that kind of, like, victim sort of energy, but just… It feels very, very disempowering, this energy that I'm feeling. I feel like we need to reclaim their power. Oh, gosh. Very much. Okay, to the keepers of the records, what other belief systems are sitting in here? I'm hearing it's all my fault. There's something more I should have been able to do.
[17:45:09] Lisa: Hmm.
[17:45:12] Nicole: I'm also… being pulled into several experiences of. of feeling like you didn't get to say what you wanted to say and that there's something left unsaid.
[17:45:27] Lisa: Mmm.
[17:45:28] Nicole: And for anybody who's in that situation, please know they can hear you. So if there is something that you want to say, you can say it. You can absolutely say it now. And for anybody who's listening as well, I invite you to just… hold an intention right now in your heart if there's something that you want to be done with. If there's an emotional experience, a belief system, something you've been carrying, it feels like a burden, and you're just ready. To put that down. Hold that in your heart space and I will help clear that energy. And then, to the keepers of the records, are there any energy cords? Yes, so there's a lot of energy cords that we're going to release as well, and those are just tied into the traumatic experiences of people's passing. Those energy cords are tied into these belief systems. Some of those energy cords are tied into the emotions. Um, and so the energy cord is what drains us. It's, like, what's draining our life force energy by it being connected into these wounds. And so we're gonna unplug, and we're gonna transmute that, because energy doesn't die, it only changes form, so it's basically like alchemizing everything. We're gonna transmute all of this energy, because that's all it is, is energy. We're gonna transmute this energy into the. And so I'm going to call in a tool that I use. It's called the violet flame of transmutation. You can imagine it like a beautiful bonfire filled with violet flames. And I'm just going to send all of this energy into this violet flame to be transmuted. So, I'm just gonna go ahead and do that now, so just give me a moment. Please transmute all of the energetic frequencies, all these energetic connections that we have identified. By the Keepers of the Akashic Records, in all timelines, dimensions, lifetimes, and realities. By my will, so. And exhale out. And just imagine sending everything into this violet flame. And just see all of that being burned up, dissolved, shifted. And imagine that at the top of this flame, almost like the smoke, that it's like. Little hearts coming out that it's, like, transitioning into love, that it's just being shifted and transmuted into this beautiful, loving energy. And I'm just going to offer a forgiveness prayer because sometimes we hold on to so much and forgiveness is truly the decision to put it down, that we no longer need to carry and hold that burden with us anymore and that we can just release. what's happened in the past, and that it no longer needs to be part of our lived experience moving forward. So I'm just going to say this on behalf of the entire group. To the keepers of the Akashic Records, please help everyone. Forgive each other and forgive themselves. Forgive all people and all people forgive them. Help them all. be at peace with each other and be at peace with themselves, love each other and love themselves, respect each other and respect themselves, accept each other and accept themselves. In all timelines, dimensions, lifetimes, and realities, by my will, so it is. Just take a deep breath in. And let it go. Hmmm. And now I'm just gonna call in some light codes into the heart space. Just for some healing, and it's literally just the frequency of unconditional love. So again, it's going to be a completely different dialect, don't try to understand it, just open your heart to receive, and you can receive this love, this healing frequency of unconditional love into the heart space. There we go. O sua sena asiya takaina ma asiya na siya tasana o sua tua se. Ya sientahiya satayanama asatu. Oo ayana ayana taka siya siya taka yanama ata. And just breathe in. And exhale, let it go. And if you want, you can place your hands over your own heart. And just connect into the feeling of gratitude. Just for the opportunity to connect into your own heart space. For all of the love that you get to receive every single day. For the blessings that are showing up in your life every single day. Because there are blessings, no matter what challenges we may be experiencing in life. There's always a gift inside of every challenge. There's always something we can learn from it, a way we can grow, a way we can make ourself better for having gone through that experience. And there's always so many other blessings happening in our lives. So rather than just focusing on the one thing. that maybe is out of alignment or maybe is a big challenge. What else is going on in your life? What's the 99%? It's actually working. and, and going well. Because what you focus your energy and attention on is what grows. So look for the blessings, and allow that to light your way, and it will allow you to get through the challenges and such. a more graceful, more easeful way so that you can still allow yourself to experience joy. Where the challenge no longer has to define you. Where the challenge doesn't rob you of your happiness. Where the challenge doesn't stop you from doing what you want to do. You can navigate your way through it, you can still deal with it, but you can focus on all the beautiful things and the way that you want to lead your life. And for anybody that is hurting in this moment. Just know that I see you, that I feel you, that I am you, and that I love you so deeply. from my heart into yours. I hope that you receive that from me now. Thank you, thank you, thank you. It is done, it is done, it.

[17:52:57] Lisa: Mmm.
[17:52:57] Nicole: That they know that there's so much more. And there's so much hope, and there's so much beauty in every single part of this journey. And I just wish everyone so much peace.
[17:53:10] Lisa: Yes. Oh, my goodness. Thank you so much. And sometimes it can feel so overwhelming and like we have no options. And so I think that you've opened up our minds.
